TGIC - provides excellent mechanical and outdoor exposure.
Pretreatment:

Coatings Application:
Electrostatically applied through two automatic booths, both with manual touch-up.
Curing:
Parts are cured through a conventional gas oven at 8 to 15 feet per minute.
Conveyor Capacity:
Can handle large volume of any color requested, with the largest piece no larger than 36" x 48".
We have a batch oven that can handle larger items.
